SAMPAGUITA SOCIETY

Sampaguita Society was established in 2003 by the Soroptimist International of the Philippines Foundation (SIPF) to raise funds to support the projects and programs of SIAPR in uplifting the lives of women and girls.

Sampaguita Society is a major donor recognition program for individuals of SIAPR. It supports the Live Your Dream Award and the Dream It Be It. The cash awards given to the district winners of Live Your Dream and the cash support needed by the Dream It Be It comes from the Sampaguita Society fund.

Sampaguita is the country’s national flower, the color is white which represents the Soroptimist women’s adherence to purity of intention and uprightness in all its dealings.

This biennium, SI-CDO has 10 new member-donors to the Sampaguita Society.

LAUREL SOCIETY

The Laurel Society is a prestigious recognition program of the Soroptimist International of the Americas for donors who contribute gifts totaling $1,000 or more. Since 1994, nearly 8,700 Laurel Society members have given over $14 million to help economically empower women and girls through our Dream Programs.

SI-CDO recognizes a new member-donor to the Laurel Society and Laurel Society upgrades.
